1. Prepare a pan before frying the eggs. The cast iron pan is used here. First, use an oil brush to brush the bottom of the pan with oil. Then choose an omelette mold of the shape you like. Brush the inside and outside of the mold with oil. Be sure to brush it. Evenly, this can prevent the egg liquid from sticking to the mold when frying the eggs and affecting the shape of the fried eggs.
2. Place the pan on the induction cooker. Preheat the pot on the lowest heat, remember not to make it too hot, just preheat it a little. Because when making mold omelettes, if the pan is too hot, the back side will be overcooked.
3. Place the omelette mold in the preheated pan. Get a small bowl, beat an egg into the small bowl, and slowly pour the egg into the mold. The egg yolk may not be able to be poured in the middle of the mold, but it doesn't matter, it will not affect the overall shape. Remember, after pouring in the eggs, keep the fire low during this period. Don't be too impatient, let the fire slowly fry the eggs until they take shape.
4. Sprinkle some salt on the eggs during the frying process to enhance the flavor. During the process of frying eggs, you must observe the shape of the eggs. Because you are frying single-sided eggs, you do not need to turn the eggs. Therefore, when the eggs are slowly set in the mold and the egg whites have solidified, you can then check the maturity of the egg yolks. The degree of maturity depends on personal taste. If you want it to be tender, fry it for a little while. If you eat something older, fry it longer. It's entirely up to you.
5. After the eggs are fried, there will inevitably be egg liquid overflowing outside the mold. This is also easy to handle. The eggs have been fried, and the egg liquid spilling out of the mold has naturally matured. However, the egg liquid may adhere to the mold a little, but it is not serious. This is the purpose of brushing oil on the mold at the beginning to prevent excessive adhesion and difficulty in cleaning. At this time, just use a shovel to gently remove the overflowing part. Then remove the omelette mold. Perfectly cooked egg.
