Ingredients: 400 grams of soybeans.
Seasoning: 200 grams of rice vinegar.
1. Wash and drain the soybeans for later use.
2. Boil the pot to 60% heat.
3. With low heat, add soybeans and stir fry for 30 minutes.
4. After the bean skin is cracked, take the pot, put it in a stainless steel basin, and let it cool.
5. Put the soybeans in a glass bottle and prepare rice vinegar.
6. Pour the rice vinegar into the glass bottle, cover it, leave it for a week, and open it to eat.
