How to make whipped cream pudding without baking?
Gelatine tablets 10g are soaked in cold water and set aside.
Add 70g powdered sugar to 320ml milk, and heat it in a small pot until it melts. If there is a thermometer, control it at about 50 degrees. If there is no thermometer, you can see the milk bubbling slightly.
Turn off the fire. Blend the softened gelatin tablets in the milk. Then pour 150ml light cream into the milk gradually, slowly and in stages.
Put the cold pudding liquid. Pour it into a pudding bottle and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Tips
I sprinkled a circle of chocolate sauce on the surface of the pudding and decorated it with some canned black cherries.
