2. Winter melon to remove the pith peeled and washed sliced, onion, ginger minced.
3. Pour oil into a hot pan and stir-fry the melon.
4. Stir-fry until the melon is slightly softened, pour out and set aside.
5. Pour a little oil into the pan, add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry.
6. Add the seaweed and stir-fry for flavor.
7. Add winter melon and continue to stir fry evenly.
8. Pour in the soaked seaweed soup, if the soup is too little, add less water, cover and simmer for a few moments on medium heat.
9. Burn until the soup is reduced and the melon is cooked through, add salt to taste.
10. Turn up the heat and drizzle in a little water starch and stir-fry.
11. Out of the pan on the plate.
