1. Soak:
This is a step that is easily overlooked by everyone, so use the skin as soon as you bring it. Be sure to soak in clear water for two hours, which is conducive to the next oil scraping and skin scraping. The skin is not so stiff and easy to operate.
2. First cleaning:
