How was instant noodles invented?
Instant noodles were invented by Fumio Ando of Nissin Food Company in Japan. This invention made Nissin a star enterprise in the food industry. There are many interesting stories in it. From 65438 to 0959, Ando ran his own small food workshop. He is an active and restless person, always thinking about how to make his career bigger. Ando takes the tram every day. He often sees many people waiting in line in front of the restaurant next to the station, waiting for hot noodles. One day, he suddenly had a brainwave: if he can produce a kind of noodles that can be eaten with boiling water, it is estimated that home travelers will be willing to buy in large quantities. Therefore, he decided to invent instant noodles. Ando immediately threw himself into the invention experiment. He bought a noodle factory and started the innovation of instant noodles under the suspicion of everyone. In order to be "convenient and simple", he thought of "frying", so that noodles can be fried quickly and stored conveniently. Noodles will naturally have many pores after frying. These pores can absorb water when soaked in hot water, which can quickly soften instant noodles and make fried noodles taste better. During this period, he also invented the method of adding seasonings to make his instant noodles delicious. After three years of painstaking research, Ando finally developed "chicken instant noodles". 1962, Nissin Company of Ando Baifu obtained the patent right to manufacture instant noodles, and instant noodles began to enter the market. The research and development of instant noodles began with 1959 and 1962 entering the Japanese market, and bowl noodles were listed in Japan on 197 1. By about 1980, instant noodles landed in China market and have been sold all over the world.
