Native soy sauce duck
Ingredients: 500g fresh duck.
Ingredients: oil, soy sauce, ginger, spiced powder.
Time consuming:
Preparation time exceeds 2 hours.
Production time is half an hour-1 hour.
Production method editing
Pickling. Pour ginger slices, soy sauce, soy sauce and spiced powder into a pot filled with duck meat, fully absorb and marinate for about two to four hours.
Fried food. Hot oil, oil does not need too much.
Stir-fry the duck in the pan.
Stir-fry for about two minutes until the duck changes color slightly.
Add water until the duck is half-cooked, cover the pot and cook over medium heat until the water is dry.
About 20 minutes, after the water is dry, slice and serve.
