Chicken feet 1000g, 1 celery, 1 onions

1 lemons, 250g pickled wild sansho peppers, 5 small red peppers, 50g salt, 10 slices of ginger
Rock sugar 30g white vinegar 5ml

1. Wash and slice lemons and set aside.
2. Soak ginger and rock sugar in boiling water. When cool, add a few slices of lemon and soak for a while.
3. Put the cooled ginger water into a glass jar, add salt, celery, onion, and chopped red pepper.
4. Add rock sugar.

6. Add soaked wild sansho pepper.
7. Wash the chicken feet and cut them in half and set aside.
8. Boil chicken feet until chopsticks can be forked on the soles of feet.
