Air Fryer Baked Fish Ingredients
Swallow Spanish Mackerel 20 grams of soy sauce
5 grams of soy sauce, a little wine
One spice, 10 peppercorns
5 slices of garlic, 3 slices of ginger
Salt, a little five-spice powder
White Pepper, a little Cooking Oil
Red chili pepper, a little
How to do the air fryer baked fish
Steps 1
Before you start to cook the fish in the air fryer, you have to cut it in 2 cm, so that the fish owner can do the cooking. >How to bake fish in air fryer
Step 1
Bigger frozen mackerel, ask the fish boss to directly cut into 2cm sections (forget to leave a picture).
Step 2
Wash and drain the fish (I forgot to leave a picture, I washed the fish after dinner).
Step 3
Marinate the fish with seasoning (I did this before going to bed), cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Pick the marinated fish segments out of the spices and lightly brush all sides with a little oil.
Step 5
Brush the air fryer with a little oil as well.
Step 6
Parade the pieces together and heat at 160C for 15-20 minutes (by this time they are already cooked).
Step 7
Then loosely loosen and heat for another 5-10 minutes (just to dry out the moisture a bit more).
Step 8
Out of the pan (the Yan mackerel comes out of its own oil), and you still have a meat dish for breakfast.
