The squid whiskers we bought back should be treated well: cut the middle position of the squid whiskers with a knife to remove two eyeballs. Some hard objects in the middle need to be disposed of and cleaned, and some can be cleaned if the membrane doesn't like it.
Cold water and squid should be put into a pot and boiled slightly. When the water is bubbling, turn off the heat. Together with the water and squid, they should be directly poured into the screen (be careful not to burn them). After filtering, the squid whiskers should be poured into a pot of cold water and soaked. When the squid is cold, it can be poured into the screen to drain the water.
Fire, put a proper amount of oil into the pot, then add dried red pepper and pepper, and stir-fry until the color becomes dark and fragrant. After adding squid, stir-fry dried squid whiskers, we add ginger, garlic, bean paste, green pepper and red pepper for a while, and then we add onion for a while.
