Sports nutrition is a branch of nutrition, is the application of nutrition in sports practice, so some people regard sports nutrition as applied nutrition or special nutrition . Cultivation Objectives To cultivate applied higher vocational talents who are capable of evaluating, managing and guiding the nutritional status of the human body and dietary nutrition; carrying out dietary nutritional guidance for the prevention of common and nutrition-related chronic diseases; and possessing the ability to investigate and analyze the nutritional status of dietary nutrition and to design and evaluate the development of nutritious food.  Specialties offered Specialized courses offered by relevant medical schools in China. Basic courses: chemistry, human body science, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, microbiology, basic computer application, introduction to clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, epidemiology and health statistics, preventive medicine and so on.
