Ingredients: 1 bullwhip.
Accessories: 2 Ganoderma lucidum, 2 Codonopsis pilosula, 8 red dates, 4 black dates, 2 angelica sinensis, 3 Morinda officinalis, 1 yam, appropriate amount of Lycium barbarum, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of ginger slices, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of salt and a pair of Niu Bao.
Steps:
1. Prepare the bullwhip, cut it into two parts, and clean Niu Bao.
2. Bring boiling water to a high fire, add ginger, pepper and cooking wine, add Niu Bao, and cook for 20 minutes.
