Huangshan Mountain, known as Mangshan in ancient times, is located in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, south of Anhui Province and north of Huangshan City. It spans Shexian County, Xiuning, Yixian County, Huangshan District and Huizhou District. The mountain range is about 40 kilometers long from north to south and 30 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of about 1,200 square kilometers. The territory of Mount Huangshan is divided into nine administrative districts: Hot Springs, Yungu, Yuping, Beihai, Songgu, Hangqiao, Fuxi, Yanghu and Fugu. There are 88 peaks above 1,000 meters above sea level, of which "Lotus", "Bright Top" and "Tendu" are the three main peaks of Mount Huangshan, all above 1,800 meters above sea level. Mount Huangshan has a large number of cultural relics and monuments, such as ancient roads, ancient couplets, ancient bridges, ancient pavilions, ancient temples, ancient pagodas and so on. There are more than 300 kinds of known vertebrates and more than 170 kinds of birds.
