Steamed pork ribs are put into a pot with hot water. Generally, small pieces of pork ribs are steamed in a pot with boiling water over high heat for 15 minutes, or in a high-pressure steamer for 10-15 minutes. The specific time depends on the size of the ribs. If you steam it for too long, it will get old easily; if you steam it for not enough time, it will not be cooked thoroughly.
It is recommended to marinate the ribs in advance and add your favorite ingredients. If you want the ribs to be white and tender, do not add light soy sauce or dark soy sauce. If you like, you can add it without affecting it. Marinate it for more than 15 minutes in advance. It tastes more delicious when eaten this way. Adding cornstarch to marinate can make the ribs taste more tender and smooth.
How to steam the spareribs
1. Cut the spareribs into pieces, wash them, put water into a pot, boil, cover with water, and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add pork ribs, stir-fry and add soy sauce to infuse flavor, remove from pot and plate after coloring.
3. Put the prepared ingredients into the freshly cooked pork ribs (dark soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, tofu) and steam them in the pot.
4. Steam for ten or twenty minutes and then it is ready to eat.
