The first reason: the ice is too thin, so the ice on the ice tray melted before it fell. The second tray was made from scratch.
Solution: Adjust the ice thickness probe. If it is screw adjustment, screw the screw inward to make the ice thicker. In other words, the farther the ice thickness probe is from the ice tray, the thicker and thinner it is.
Reason 2: The ice tray is too dirty.
Solution: Clean the ice tray. Generally, acrylic acid and acidic liquid are used to clean the ice tray.
Reason 3: The ice tray is off-welded.
Solution: The front ice tray is desoldering, the desoldering one is directly removed, and the back copper tube is desoldering. The ice tray can be replaced as needed. Welding can be considered if it can be repaired.
Reason 4: The metal of the ice tray and the plastic parts on the side are separated and cracked.
Solution: reapply silica gel on the crack.
Reason 5: The amount of condensed water is too large, and there is still condensed water discharged during defrosting.
Solution: Adjust the pressure water stop valve to make the water outlet smaller.
Reason 6: The defrost valve is not open.
Solution: Turn on the defrost valve to 220V to see if it can be opened. If it can be opened, it is a computer board failure. If it doesn't open, the defrosting valve is faulty. Replace the defrost valve.
