Materials: 500g of pig bone, tremella fuciformis 1, longan 12, 6 jujubes and 5g of medlar.
Seasoning: 5 grams of rock sugar, 3 slices of ginger and appropriate amount of water.
Exercise:
1. Prepare the materials, soak the tremella in water, boil the boiling water, and put the red dates, medlar and longan meat into it for cooking.
2. Remove the blood from the pig bones, add ginger slices, pour the pig bones into the fire to boil, and then turn to low heat for 30 minutes.
3. Wash the tremella, break a small piece by hand and put it in the soup for about 20 minutes.
4. Add rock sugar and turn off the heat.
