Because waterproof mascara itself is more difficult to remove makeup, so it takes a long time. We should be more careful in the operation, you can first use a cotton swab dipped in an appropriate amount of eye makeup remover oil, carefully applied to the eyelashes. Avoid getting it in your eyes as much as possible, and if you do get it in your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Once the makeup remover has been applied to the entire eyelash, wait for a few moments. This will allow the oil to fully dissolve and soften the waterproof mascara. After the mascara has softened, we use a mascara brush to slowly brush the lashes from the inside out, so that the makeup remover and mascara can be cleaned off the lashes together. Be sure to do this as gently as possible, and be careful of mascara flakes falling into your eyes. Once the mascara is almost cleared from the lashes, we dip a cotton pad into a small amount of makeup remover and carefully wipe the lashes. If there is a lot of mascara left, you can also dip a cotton pad into a small amount of makeup remover and apply it to the eyelashes, wait for ten seconds or so and then continue to clean.
When the mascara has been completely removed from your lashes, you can wash them with water. This way the process of removing waterproof mascara is complete.
