A greenhouse with a width of 6 meters, a length of 30 meters, a top height of 2.2-2.5 meters, a shoulder height of1.2-1.5 meters, and an arch distance of 0.6 meters is a standard greenhouse. A standard greenhouse covers an area of180m2, which is equal to 0.27mu of land.
2. Materials and dosage for building a standard greenhouse:
1, middle column material: 2.5-3m small fir trees 16; Then choose a straight and even bamboo or small fir tree for 30 meters as the top beam. Materials for side columns: 50 small wooden stakes with a length of1.5m-1.8m.. In addition, small fir trees with a diameter of 5-6 cm are selected and connected into 30-meter-long, two rows with a length of ***60 meters, which are used as shoulder guards. 2. Bamboo is made of 600kg, and cut into 4 cm wide and 4.5-5m long bamboo pieces 102, which are used as arch poles; In addition, 4 cm wide bamboo pieces are connected into 4 pieces with a length of 30 meters, with a length of *** 120 meters, which is used to fix the pole spacing and reinforce the arch pole; 3. Materials for doorframes at both ends: small fir wool with a length of about 2.5-3m 10. 4. Multifunctional film or drip-free film (6 silk thickness)17kg, and skirt film 6kg. 5. The film pressing line is 300 meters, and the iron wire and nails weigh several kilograms.
Iii. Matters needing attention:
1, shed side height 1.5 meters or so, and the side height should not be too low, otherwise it is not conducive to the operation and management in the shed. The length can be determined according to the foundation, and the bigger the greenhouse, the better the thermal insulation performance. However, it should be noted that different crops cannot be planted in the same greenhouse (if you want to plant two crops, 50 meters long can be divided into two greenhouses).
2. The roof film and skirt film of the greenhouse must be covered separately, and they cannot be covered to the end, which is not conducive to ventilation. Usually, three-film mulching is used, namely, one ceiling film and two skirt films on the left and right sides. The ceiling film is 7.5-8m wide and the skirt film is1.2m wide. First, install the skirt films on both sides, then cover the top film, and tie the two ends firmly with ropes. Between each arch, press it with a film pressing line (belt), and the junction between the top film and the skirt film will overlap by 20-30cm. Press the top film outside the skirt film, and the landing part of the skirt film will be sealed with soil.
3. When the greenhouse is ventilated, the top film edge must be lifted up first, and then lifted up when the temperature rises again. It can't be lifted too much at once, and it should be lifted at the same time from left to right, which is beneficial to air circulation and avoids crops in the greenhouse from being harmed.
4. After the greenhouse is built, a deep ditch must be dug around the greenhouse, which is 10-20 cm lower than the furrow in the greenhouse, so as to reduce the groundwater level and facilitate the growth of vegetables in the greenhouse. The furrow outside the shed should not be parallel to the furrow inside the shed, and it should not be higher than the furrow inside the shed.
It is best to use drip-free film as the roof film of greenhouse. Generally, the drip-free function of drip-free film only lasts for 3-6 months. After this period, the drip-free property disappears. This is a change in the chemical characteristics of the film surface. According to the practice of vegetable farmers, spraying soybean milk water on the inner surface of the film can prolong its drip-free property by 1-3 months, so it may be a try.
