Steps
First step
. Crab cut in half, in the pan to a small amount of oil and a little bit of salt, when the oil is hot, put the crab, brown and then fish out (salt in the pan is to put the crab when the oil will not splash up)
Second step
. Wash the bok choy and cut it into pieces. Stir-fry the bok choy in the remaining oil until it changes color and add the crabs, then add water to cover the crabs. Cover the pot with a lid and try the saltiness when it opens
