Glutinous rice cake

Ingredients: four eggs, 25g corn oil, milk 135g, glutinous rice flour 150g, 45g sugar and a little lemon juice.

Exercise:

1. Four egg yolks

2. Add corn oil and milk and mix well.

3. Pour in glutinous rice flour and stir until smooth.

4. Add sugar to the egg white and send it at a small angle.

5. One third of the protein is put into the egg yolk paste, cut into sections and stir evenly.

6. Pour in the remaining egg whites, cut them and mix well.

7. Put in a paper cup and bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
