Buckwheat vermicelli is relatively healthy by adding proper amount of buckwheat flour in the production process without frying. In the process of making buckwheat instant noodles, animal and vegetable oils, starch and other substances are added, and some food additives may be included.
Generally speaking, buckwheat vermicelli is better from the health point of view. However, this does not mean that buckwheat instant noodles are completely inedible, but need to be considered when choosing.
