Buy the tofu and cut it into four square cubes of even size, place it in the sun for a day and drain the water.

Before serving on the altar, prepare a small bowl of high-quality white wine and pass all the fermented tofu through the high-quality white wine. , let each tofu block soak in the water (all sides of the tofu must be dipped in white wine. I used 52-degree Red Star Erguotou)
Prepare chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder, salt, ten Three spices
Mix chili powder, pepper powder, salt and thirteen spices in appropriate proportions and set aside.
Put the molded tofu in a large basin.
