Steps
1. Boil the pig's feet and ribs in boiling water for one minute, remove and wash.
2. Pour the ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, and fish sauce into a large pot, add enough cold water to cover the pork trotters and ribs by about 2 cm, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
3. Take out the pork trotters and ribs and remove the bones. Strain the soup to remove the residue, continue to add the pork rind and pork and bring to a boil.
