1. Mushroom vermicelli stew
Ingredients: mushrooms, shrimp, vermicelli, red pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, oil, white wine.
Put the vermicelli into water and soak for 15 minutes until soft. If you want to soak the vermicelli as quickly as possible, you can soak it in warm water.
Chop ginger, garlic, green onions, and slice red pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry. Add more shrimp until they start to turn red.
Put the vermicelli in the pot first, then put the shrimp and mushrooms on top.
Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and water.
Heat for a final 5 minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili.
2. Fried noodles with mushrooms and pork
Ingredients: mushrooms, noodles, pork, green onions, soy sauce, oil
Soak the dried mushrooms in water for 1-2 hours. When soft, drain the water from the mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms into strips, cut the pork into minced pieces, and cut the green onions into minced pieces and set aside.
Cook the noodles in water and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add pork and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add green onions, mushrooms and soy sauce and continue frying for 5 minutes.
Finally add the noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes before eating.
3. Stuffed shiitake mushrooms
Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, pork, carrots, green onions, salt, sugar, oil
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems.
Dice the carrots and mince the green onions.
Chop the pork into small pieces, add carrots, green onions, salt and sugar, and stir evenly.
Stuff the pork stuffing into the mushrooms.
Stuffed shiitake mushrooms can be fried or steamed.
