The alcohol content of red wine is generally around 8-15 degrees.
According to different degrees, the common degrees of red wine can be divided into the following three categories.
1. Red wine with low alcohol content, 8-12.5 degrees. Representatives of this type of red wine include Italian sparkling wine from Asti, German Riesling wine, Portuguese rosé wine, etc.
2. Medium alcohol red wine, 12.5-13.5 degrees. This type of red wine is represented by French champagne, Australian Riesling wine, French rosé wine, French Burgundy red wine, French Bordeaux red wine, etc.
3. Red wine with high alcohol content, 13.5-14.5 degrees. This type of red wine is represented by Australian Chardonnay, Chilean Merlot, etc.
