The Prime Minister of the UK has more power. The Queen of England is nominally the supreme head of state, but has no power to run the country. The Queen of England is the nominal head of government, but in reality she has no real power and only has ceremonial duties. As far as power is concerned, the Prime Minister has more power, and the Queen is only a formality. The system of government is a constitutional monarchy.
