Man Han Quan Xi is a collection of Manchu and Han Chinese dietary characteristics of the giant feast, originated in the court of the Qing Dynasty, the original for the Kangxi 66 birthday banquet, aimed at resolving the Manchurian-Chinese discord, later generations followed this tradition, adding delicacies, extremely luxurious.
