4, sweet potato cake
Sweet potato peeled and cut into cubes steamed, mashed into a puree, add glutinous rice flour and a pinch of salt and mix well, knead into a smooth dough. Take a small piece of dough, roll it out and flatten it. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and press lightly to form a sweet potato cake. Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the sweet potato pancake and fry over low heat until the edges are slightly golden brown. Turn to the other side and fry until golden brown.
5. Sugar not dumped
First, add water to the glutinous rice flour and mix with chopsticks. Then knead it into a hard and soft dough, knead it long, cut it into one small dose, and then roll it into glutinous rice dumplings. Heat water in a pot and add the glutinous rice dumplings, then put them on a plate and set aside. Drizzle honey on top of the glutinous rice balls.
