The difference between glutinous rice balls and Yuanxiao.
The production method is different. Yuanxiao is to roll the stuffing back and forth in dry powder until the stuffing is wrapped, while glutinous rice, weighing agent and stuffing are used to wrap jiaozi.
It tastes different. Tangyuan tastes soft and glutinous, and Yuanxiao tastes strong.
The appearance is different, because of the different production, the outside of dumplings looks smooth, and the surface of Yuanxiao looks like floating powder.
