Steaming steamed buns usually takes 20-30 minutes. The method is as follows:
Ingredients: one pound of Fuqiang flour, 6 taels of warm water, 2 qian of yeast, 2 qian of baking powder, prepare your own fillings
Method:
1. Mix the flour and baking powder together, pour it on the chopping board, and make a well in the middle.
2. Mix the yeast and warm water and pour it into the flour nest, and slowly mix the flour from the inside out to form a dough. Soft and hard are equivalent to being harder than pancake noodles and softer than steamed bun noodles. After making up, cover with a damp cloth and stay awake.
3. Knead again after 20 minutes to make the surface smooth.
4. When the dough has doubled in size to one and one-half times its original size, you can roll it out.
Note: Generally, steaming the buns in one pot for 30 minutes is enough.
