Ingredients: 250g eggs
Accessories: 100g wild onions, 5g salt, 20g ginger and garlic, 10ml sesame oil
Steps:
1. Wash the wild green onions and cut them into small pieces and set aside
2. Heat oil and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant
3. Add water to the pot and add a few drops of sesame oil
4 .Add salt and turn off the heat
5. Beat in whole eggs
6. Add chopped wild onions
7. Stir quickly with chopsticks
8. Then simmer slowly over low heat
9. Stew until cooked
