Laoyou Vermicelli is a local delicacy of Nanning, Guangxi, which was selected as one of the first 26 items of intangible cultural heritage announced by Nanning in 2007, and it is one of the "three major rice vermicelli" in Guangxi together with snail vermicelli of Liuzhou and Guilin rice vermicelli of Guilin.
