Steps
1. Wash the white radish, cut off the head and tail and then cut off the root on the radish.
2. Cut the radish into 8cm long, 1cm square strips.
3. Put the cut radish into a pot, add salt and rub it well with your hands.
4. Open mouth uncovered marinated for 7 days, turning once a day in the morning and evening.
5. Put the chopped chili peppers, sugar and water into a clean skillet.
