4. Yuanhetang Preserved Fruits
Yuanhetang Preserved Fruits Factory was founded in the 5th year of the Republic of China (1916). The founders were brothers Zhuang Jiechen and Zhuang Jiemao. The main factory was originally located in Qingyang Town, Jinjiang County. It moved to Quanzhou City in 1956. On the basis of public-private partnership, it absorbed overseas Chinese investment and the state allocated funds for expansion. It was renamed Fujian Overseas Chinese Investment Company Quanzhou Yuanhetang Preserved Fruit Factory. 5. Yongchun Old Vinegar
Yongchun Old Vinegar uses high-quality glutinous rice, red yeast rice, sesame seeds, and white sugar as raw materials, and is carefully brewed according to a certain formula.
