Ingredients: 3 frozen chicken legs, 20g seasoning powder, 5g cooking wine, 8g oyster sauce and 5g light soy sauce.
Practice:
1, thaw and wash chicken legs, and poke holes with toothpicks.
2. Add 20 grams of salted chicken seasoning powder, 5 grams of cooking wine, 8 grams of oyster sauce and 5 grams of soy sauce to the chicken legs, and marinate them for 3 hours.
3. Wrap the chicken legs in tin foil and put them in the oven.
4. Preheat the oven at 200℃ and bake for 25 minutes.
