Practice of steaming egg soup for infants
1. Shrimp and egg soup

Boil the shrimps first, then cut them into pieces and put them in a small bowl, then beat in an egg and stir. After mixing well, add warm water. You can add a little salt and oil and stir well, and steam them in a steamer. Parents should pay attention to the fact that it is best not to add salt, oil or less to the baby's egg custard within 6 months, because salt and oil make the baby indigestible.

2. Vegetable and egg custard

Some vegetables can be washed and cut into pieces, and then stirred with eggs. Vegetables can be added, such as carrots, vegetables and shrimps. The mixed egg liquid can be steamed in a pot for 8 minutes.

3. Mushroom and egg custard

Older babies can add more ingredients to the egg liquid, such as mushrooms. Mix shrimps and eggs with minced meat and mushrooms. First, handle the shrimps and mushrooms, and break the eggs and put them aside. Stir-fry minced meat, shrimps and mushrooms in an oil pan, stir the fried ingredients in egg liquid, add some shallots and warm water and steam in a steamer for 10 minute.
