Special agent. Gatifloxacin is excreted mainly through the kidney. Patients with creatinine clearance rate of 40ml/min, including hemodialysis and long-term peritoneal dialysis patients, should adjust the dose of this product. Hemodialysis patients should take medicine after each hemodialysis.
