Materials: chicken legs, potatoes, green peppers
Seasonings: chili, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, cinnamon
Method:
1. Chop the chicken legs into pieces, cut the potatoes into pieces, and remove the seeds from the green peppers (you don’t need to cut them);
2. Boil a pot of water, add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes, then remove;
3. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add star anise and cinnamon and stir-fry over low heat. Then add other seasonings, pour in chicken pieces and stir-fry for two minutes. Add green peppers and continue to stir-fry for a while. Add appropriate amount of water;
4. Finally add potatoes and cook.
