Shredded squid into a bowl, seasoned with fish sauce, chili sauce, Korean-style hot sauce,, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar.

Scratch well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut onion head into cubes, wash and cut scallions into pieces, cut red chili pepper into small rings and set aside.

Take an iron plate and heat it to 90%, lay the marinated squid flat on the plate.

Grill the squid until it curls up and turns white, then add the onions and sauté them for flavor.

Then mix in the chili sauce and stir-fry well.

Sprinkle with cumin and white sesame seeds, and quickly stir-fry well.

Shut off the fire, sprinkle with chili rings, scallion segments, and serve.
