Seven principles of diet and health preservation
One is to eat more coarse grains: coarse grains contain complete information about plants. For example, seeds contain five elements of all seasons, which is beneficial to the balance of yin, yang and five elements. If you only eat refined flour, the five elements contained in the seed coat are missing. In addition, many additives such as seasoning, color matching and shaping should be added to refined food, which do not belong to the food itself and are not conducive to human health. Rough tea and light rice are the best for health. Remember! The ratio of flour and rice to coarse grains is 4: 6.
Second, it is best to have a full meal of seven or eight points: this will allow the stomach and spleen to give full play to their functions of receiving and transporting food, and the diet of Shui Gu will easily become subtle and nourish the whole body. If you drink too much and eat too much, your stomach qi needs to be consumed excessively, and your temper needs to be transported excessively. For a long time, your spleen and stomach will be damaged, but your qi and blood biochemistry will be insufficient. Many children are obese or too thin, mostly overeating, with spleen and stomach damaged in middle energizer, or excessive phlegm and dampness due to yang deficiency, or weak qi and insufficient biochemistry.
Third, eat less or not eat cold food, especially ice cream: drinks just taken out of the refrigerator, half-baked meat, cold water, cold fruits and so on. The vitality of human life needs a suitable temperature, and our normal body temperature is the transformation of human yang. Yang-qi originates from food and is generated by spleen and stomach transport. If you eat cold and cold, the human body will consume precious yang excessively, and the yang will gradually weaken over time, while health will gradually deteriorate.
Fourth, don't eat wild animals: For thousands of years, our bodies have become accustomed to the meat of some animals, such as cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and fish, and the body can skillfully digest these foods and convert them into vital substances such as qi, blood and body fluids. If you suddenly eat meat that you have never seen before, your body will consume too much yang to transport these foods, which will hurt your yang. Moreover, these meats may contain information that is harmful to health, so it is best not to eat them.
Fifth, don't eat health care products indiscriminately: health care products are mostly drugs, which have the bias of yin and yang and five elements. If they can't be taken according to the needs of the body, it may lead to imbalance between yin and yang, which will affect health.
Sixth, don't take all kinds of tonics indiscriminately: China people are used to giving some tonics when visiting patients. If they abuse tonics without deficiency syndrome, they will get worse and worse.
Seven diets are the most helpful: qi and blood flow into the stomach meridian at birth, and eating warm breakfast at this time can promote the rise of qi and blood in the middle energizer, which is conducive to good mental strength all day. Before qi and blood flow into the small intestine meridian, eating a hearty lunch at this time can make the small intestine fully absorb the subtleties contained in food, which is conducive to keeping qi and blood healthy and sufficient. At night, the yang begins to converge, and the yin is long and the yang is weak. Just eat some rough tea and light rice before going to bed.
