Spicy Chicken Wings Stuffed Chinese Afternoon Tea
Ingredients
10 chicken wings (or chicken feet) 1 tablespoon minced green onion 1 large tablespoon minced ginger 1 tablespoon water 100cc red chili powder 2 tablespoons brewed soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice wine 1 tablespoon caster sugar 2 tablespoons salt a dash of black pepper
Method
1
Prepare all ingredients. Wash the chicken wings, wipe dry, and poke a few holes in the skin with a fork (the marinade will be more flavorful). Chop the green onion and ginger into mince, and prepare the marinade in advance.
2
Take a plastic bag, put the chicken wings and marinade in it, and massage the chicken wings with your hands for 3-5 minutes to make them taste better.
3
Next, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes.
4
Heat the pan (do not add oil), pour in all the chicken wings and marinade, then pour in 100cc of water and stir evenly.
5
First bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat, then turn to low heat and stir-fry slowly. When the sauce thickens slightly, cover the pot and simmer. Cook for 10-20 minutes. (It needs to be turned over once in the middle) (Poke the thickest part with a toothpick and it will be cooked when transparent soup flows out)
