1. Prepare a piece of pork belly. Fat and thin are best.
2. Cut into one centimeter square pieces.

5. Add vegetable oil to the pot. When the oil temperature is 80% to 90% hot, pour in the pork belly, add some cooking wine, and stir-fry it to remove excess grease and the fishy smell of the meat. Be sure to add more oil when cooking!

8. Add a few pieces of rock sugar to the hot oil. It will be sweeter and more delicious.

10. After the rock sugar is fried, add three or four spoons of bean paste to the pot, then add the chopped pickled peppers, dried chili peppers, etc., stir-fry until fragrant and then add water
11. Pour the meat in and add appropriate spices
12. I soaked the soaked tofu all afternoon. Soaked in hot water.

14. After the meat has been cooked for forty minutes, add the cut bean tendons. After cooking for another 20 minutes, add MSG and chicken essence before serving. Because the bean paste is very salty, I did not add salt.
