Stewed Little Crispy Pork
Frying Crispy Pork First
1:Whisk the two eggs with an appropriate amount of cornstarch, then add salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2:Tenderloin sliced with salt and pepper marinated for about 10 minutes
3:Add the marinated tenderloin to the egg mixture and continue to marinate for a while. The degree looks sticky on the line. If it's too thin, add more cornstarch.
4:Heat the frying pan to 60% and fry for the first time, then heat to 70% and fry again.
Fried crispy pork is also delicious with sauce! Stewed small crispy meat practice
Step 1
Tomatoes diced
Without silk beans cut into small sections
Fresh mushrooms diced
Wood fungus soaked well
Frying pan burning oil, onion pot, into the non-silk beans stir-fried beans, beans more fried for a while, this bean I feel is not easy to cook
Shitake mushrooms diced into the pan stir-fried
tomatoes into the pot
fungus into the pot. After all the vegetables are stir-fried well, add water and start simmering.
After boiling, add oyster sauce, ketchup (a spoonful is enough) and continue to simmer.
The degree of simmering depends on the beans, and when the beans are cooked, you can put in the crispy pork.
Add salt and soy sauce (a little) to taste before serving. Add the bok choy and remove from the pot!
Tips
Crispy Pork
1:Starch:The original recipe used sweet potato starch, I used corn starch. So it shouldn't matter what starch you use.
2:The original recipe added salt and pepper to both the egg mixture and the meat.
Stewed Meat
1:The original recipe seasoned all the seasonings in the stew with just salt, which is supposed to balance it out with the flavor of the crispy meat. The flavor of my crispy meat is not so heavy, and since I added tomatoes, I should highlight the flavor of tomatoes, so I added tomato sauce again (it should be fine without it, because tomatoes are all good in this season too)
