The so-called crown feathers, that is, the yellow hairs on the head of the cockatiel, the crown feathers more for males, less for females. Habitat of the Gentoo Parrot

The feathers of the Gentoo Parrot are generally medium gray, with a lighter colored lower part of the body, orange cheeks, and large white feather spots on the wings. Wild basilisk parrots eat mostly grains, as well as berries and seeds from different types of shrubs, weeds, trees, and grasses. Pet Gentoo parrots eat mostly mixed seed food, but also a mix of the food preferred by canaries and budgies, grains, pelleted feed, fresh vegetables and fruits, and possibly some additional nutritional needs.
