Stimulating this point can stimulate the yang energy of the whole body and protect the whole body from the invasion of wind, cold and dampness.
Chengshan Point: Chengshan Point is "red bean barley porridge for the body."
Because Chengshan point is on the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, which controls the yang energy of the body, stimulating it can directly invigorate the yang energy of the bladder meridian and expel moisture from the human body.
Generally speaking, as long as we massage Chengshan for a period of time, we will feel a slight heat on our body, and moisture will flow out together with Yang Qi at this time.
If your Chengshan point feels obvious soreness and pain when pressed lightly, it is probably due to the heavy moisture in the body.
Zusanli point and Yinlingquan point: The spleen is the source of phlegm. If there is too much moisture that cannot be transported and transformed, it will turn into phlegm.
Therefore, to fundamentally solve the problem of heavy phlegm and dampness, we must strengthen the spleen. Zusanli point and Yinlingquan point are the first points for regulating the spleen and strengthening the stomach.
Fenglong point: Massaging Fenglong point in conjunction with Zusanli point can remove dampness and reduce phlegm.
Fenglong, onomatopoeia, rumble and thunder. Long-term massage can expel the turbid dampness in the spleen and stomach like thunder and rain.
Rub the lower abdomen: the vaginal area is most likely to accumulate cold and dampness. Rub your lower abdomen once in the morning, noon and evening every day, first in a counterclockwise direction, and then in a clockwise direction.
The minimum number of kneading times is 36 times, or a multiple of 36 times. The intensity should be moderate, and it would be better if it can move the soft tissues of the abdomen. The dampness and turbidity in the abdomen will be discharged through the two stools, the lower abdomen will be at normal temperature, and the vitality will be abundant. Gua Sha can be used daily.
Gua Sha is also very effective in removing cold and dampness. For patients with rheumatoid arthritis caused by cold and dampness, the scraping method can have a good relief effect.
Scrape the back and waist: Take a sitting or prone position and apply gua sha oil; use the thin edge of the gua sha board at an angle of 45 to 90 degrees to the skin, scrape up and down for 18 seconds from Dazhu point to Xiaochangshu point. Apply ~30 times; the force and speed are moderate, suitable for treating Sha; use the same technique to scrape the acupoints on the opposite side.
Special note: The scraping route from Dazhu point to Xiaochangshu point is long and can be scraped in sections.
Scrape the upper limbs: Take a sitting position and scrape 6 points each of Jianliu point, Jianliao point, Jianzhen point, Quchi point, Shousanli point, Yangchi point and Chize point from top to bottom. 7 times to 7 times; the strength and speed are moderate, suitable for treating Sha.
Press the thin edges of the scraping board on the Hegu point and Daling point in turn, and hold until there is soreness, numbness and swelling for 7 to 8 seconds, release, wait for 3 to 5 seconds, and then Repeatedly click 6 times, there is no requirement for Sha.
Scrape the lower limbs: scrape the Huantiao point in a standing or prone position, use a thin edge of the scraping board at an angle of 45 to 90 degrees to the skin, and scrape 6 to 7 times from top to bottom with firm force. , the speed is moderate, suitable for treating Sha.
Use the thick edge of the gua sha board to click and jump in a circle. Press until you feel soreness, numbness, swelling and pain. Hold for 7 to 8 seconds. Release your hand. After an interval of 3 to 5 seconds, click 6 times again. Second-rate.
Use a lying position to scrape the middle of the body, use a thin edge of the scraping board at an angle of 45 to 90 degrees to the skin, and scrape 6 to 7 times from top to bottom to remove the sha.
Take a sitting or supine position and scrape the Liangqiu point, Yanglingquan point, and Zusanli point in sequence, using the same technique as the Weizhong point.
