2. Preparation of calcium solution: Calcium gluconate and calcium chloride are mixed in production, and the effect is good. When demoulding, 2% calcium gluconate and 1% calcium chloride are mixed to form a demoulding agent. During aging, 5% calcium chloride and 2% calcium gluconate are mixed to form an aging agent.
3. Film formation: pour the prepared sodium alginate solution into the film forming agent to make the film uniform and flat, about 0.2 cm thick.
4. Demoulding and aging: put the film in the stripper for 30 to 60 seconds, then put the film in the aging agent and take it out after 4 hours.
5. Cooking sterilization: put the artificial jellyfish skin into a clean water pot and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes, then soak it in clean water, which not only sterilizes but also increases the brittleness of the jellyfish skin, and then cool it to get the finished product.
