Digestible and nutritious liquid food should be the first choice for the first meal after delivery. Such as sugar boiled poached eggs, egg drop soup, lotus root starch and so on.
Wait until the next day to eat some soft food or ordinary meals.
Rice porridge, soft rice, rotten noodles and egg soup should be the staple food for 5-7 days after delivery. Don't eat greasy things, such as chicken and pig's trotters. Seven days after delivery, the stomach and intestines are normal, and fish, meat, eggs and chickens can all be improved.
