7. Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the side dishes (green and red peppers, onions and cucumbers) and stir well over high heat. Stir-fry well, put in a whole bag of Wanzhou grilled fish bottom material, and then pour half a bottle of beer. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, half a spoonful of chicken essence/monosodium glutamate to taste, and a little pickled pepper water to stir fry for a while.
8. Pour the fried sauce on the fish, sprinkle with a little white sesame, green pepper and chopped green onion, and sprinkle with a little hot oil.
9. Put the grilled fish in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes.
