Ingredients: 1 potatoes, 2 green peppers, 2 dry red peppers, 3 garlic cloves, 1 spoons of light soy sauce, a little vinegar, a little sugar, and an appropriate amount of salt.
1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and shred them. If you have a shredder at home, just use a shredder to shred them. Then rinse the starch from the potato shreds with water, rinse it several times, and drain the water. As shown below.
2. Cut the green pepper into shreds and cut the dried pepper into small sections with kitchen scissors. Add long water to the pot, bring to a boil, add shredded potatoes, bring to a boil, and cook briefly until cooked as shown in the picture below.
3. Pour cold water or purified water into a large bowl, and use a slotted spoon to put the cooked shredded potatoes into the bowl of cold water as shown in the picture below.
4. Drain the water, add green pepper shreds, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, minced garlic, put them into a bowl, and stir evenly as shown in the picture below.
5. Pour the sauce into the shredded potatoes and stir evenly. Pour oil into the pot and turn on low heat. Add the chili segments and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Pour the sauteed chili oil over the shredded potatoes while it is hot and mix well as shown in the picture below.
