10 chili peppers, 2g of salt, 3g of sesame seeds, 15ml of oil.
Methods
1. Chop the dried chili peppers.
2. Add a pinch of salt, sauteed sesame seeds and put into a heat-resistant container.
3. Start a frying pan with more oil, heat it to 50 percent, pour one-third of it into the dried chili peppers and stir until it becomes a paste.
4. Heat the oil in the wok to 70%, pour another third into the chili paste and mix well.
5. Finally, heat the rest of the oil to 10 minutes, pour it in a container and mix well.
